Namma Pickleball Hub (“NPH”, “we”, “us”) operates a community pickleball destination in Bagalagunte, North Bangalore.

This website provides information about NPH, our community, ways to play, events, partnerships, and how to find us. Court booking, membership, pricing, and schedules may be introduced or updated over time; until a feature is clearly live, descriptions are informational and not a confirmed booking or contract.

You must use the website lawfully and in good faith. If you submit a form or enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it (including on behalf of a brand or company).

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or probe our systems without authorisation
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through any form or channel
• Scrape, harvest, or copy large portions of the site for commercial reuse without our permission
• Impersonate NPH, our team, or other people or brands
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

Partnership and contact forms are invitations to start a conversation. Submitting a form does not create a partnership, sponsorship, employment, or other contract unless we expressly agree in writing.

We may accept, decline, or not respond to enquiries at our discretion. Response times can vary.

Information about open play, coaching, tournaments, and events on this website is general. Specific rules, fees, age guidelines, safety requirements, waivers, and schedules may apply when you visit the hub or join an activity.

Pickleball and related activities involve inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for playing within your ability, following facility and staff instructions, and using appropriate footwear and equipment when you visit.

We may refuse entry, pause play, or remove anyone who behaves unsafely or disrespectfully toward others.

The NPH name, logo, brand marks, website design, and original text are owned by NPH or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without our prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

Photographs, video, and illustrations on the site may be a mix of (a) NPH-owned media and (b) free stock media from libraries such as Pexels and Unsplash, used under those libraries’ free licenses (generally permitting commercial website use without mandatory attribution). Free stock media remains subject to the relevant stock license; it is not a grant of rights in NPH’s brand.

Third-party trademarks (including equipment brands visible in stock photos) belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement of NPH or by NPH unless we say so.

The site may embed or link to third-party services such as Google Maps, FormSubmit (or similar form tools), and social or messaging platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the website’s content and availability.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content (including event details and “coming soon” features) may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NPH and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website.

Our total liability for claims arising out of the website, to the extent not excluded by law, shall not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us (if any) specifically for website-related services in the three months before the claim — whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NPH and our team from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.
