Privacy Policy
Effective: 8 September 2026 · Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Namma Pickleball Hub (“NPH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or enquire about partnerships. By using our website, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Namma Pickleball Hub (“NPH”) is a community pickleball destination in Bagalagunte, North Bangalore.
Registered / operating address: 359, Andanappa Layout, Vigneshwara Layout, Bagalagunte, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560073.
For privacy questions, email us at nammapickleballhub@gmail.com or use the Partner With NPH form on our website.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to our marketing website and any forms or links on it (including partnership enquiries and embedded maps). It does not cover third-party websites you may reach via our links (for example Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, or Google Maps opened in a new tab). Those services have their own privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide — when you submit the Partner With NPH form, we collect your name, company or brand, email address, phone number (optional), partnership interest, and message.
- Technical and usage data — like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools (if enabled) may automatically receive IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — we may use essential cookies needed for the site to work, and optional cookies or local storage for preferences or measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
- Communications — if you email us or message us on social or messaging channels we publish, we will process the content of those communications to respond.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to partnership, brand, and general enquiries
- Operate, secure, and improve our website
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve content and experience
- Send follow-up messages related to an enquiry you submitted (we do not sell your data for advertising)
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, players, and community
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies), we process personal data based on your consent (for example, when you submit a form), to take steps at your request before a contract, for our legitimate interests in running a community sports venue and website in a secure way, and where needed to comply with law.
7. Photos, video, and stock media on this website
Until we publish more NPH-owned photography and video, parts of this website use freely licensed stock media.
Those assets are typically sourced from free stock libraries such as Pexels and Unsplash. Under the Pexels License and Unsplash License, that media may generally be used free of charge, including for commercial website use, without mandatory attribution (though creators retain copyright in their work).
Some illustrative graphics or placeholder avatars (for example generated avatar services used for sample testimonials) are also free-to-use under their own license terms.
Stock media is temporary visual content and does not depict NPH facilities, staff, or members unless we say otherwise. We will replace stock assets with original NPH media over time. If you believe media on this site is used incorrectly, contact us at the email above and we will review it promptly.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Technical logs are kept for shorter operational periods unless a longer period is required for security or law. When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong unique passwords for any accounts you create with third parties linked from our site, and avoid sending sensitive information over unsecured channels.
10. Children
Our website is aimed at a general audience interested in pickleball and community sport. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through our forms without appropriate guardian involvement. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to raise a concern with a relevant data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email nammapickleballhub@gmail.com with enough detail for us to verify and respond to your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.
12. International processing
Our service providers may process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take steps appropriate to the service and applicable law so that personal information continues to be protected.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Policy. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site.
